About the Role
Halter is expanding its Customer Success function and is hiring a Customer Success Lead, known internally as part of the Launch team, to support global growth. In this role, you will guide farmers from their first experience with Halter through to full adoption and successful day-to-day use. You will be accountable for the entire launch journey, ensuring customers are prepared, confident, and able to realize value quickly.
The role goes beyond routine onboarding. It focuses on creating a standout customer experience that helps farmers achieve outcomes, simplifies their work, and demonstrates the impact of Halter from the beginning.
The company is looking for people who are highly customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. Strong listening, practical problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to keep momentum are important. Experience in agriculture or relevant study in the field is considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer onboarding journey from the sales handoff through to a smooth move into the Customer Success team.
- Drive adoption of Halter’s products by delivering onboarding activities tailored to customer needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during onboarding, providing ongoing support and clear guidance.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to create a consistent customer experience.
- Spot opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and raise both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Complete a thorough customer handover to the Customer Success team, including key customer context and insights.
- Track, review, and act on onboarding metrics to strengthen the onboarding experience.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, sharing progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
- Help create a positive onboarding experience that encourages customers to advocate for Halter.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong customer-first mindset, with a history of improving customer experiences across different industries and excellent communication skills that build trust and advocacy.
- Strong critical thinking skills to work through complex or unfamiliar onboarding challenges and use data and analysis to refine onboarding approaches.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and project management abilities, including the capacity to manage feedback loops and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from start to finish.
