Role overview

  • Take charge of delivering new business initiatives and tailored solutions for customers.
  • Grow revenue through business development and sales activity built around lasting client relationships.
  • Work with the finance team to design commercial sales models that help assess new opportunities.
  • Use your knowledge of grocery supply chains and packaging to identify and develop fresh opportunities.
  • Promote innovation within the industry and help advance circular thinking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer success and maintain safety standards.

What you need to bring

  • A strong work history with clear, measurable achievements.
  • At least 5 years of experience in packaging, FMCG, or a closely related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales, including evidence of growth delivered.
  • A working style grounded in innovation, simplicity, and humility.
  • In-depth knowledge of grocery supply chains and packaging systems.
  • A genuine commitment to creating value and supporting sustainable change.
