What you will do

Assist customers by phone, chat, and email in both Arabic and English.
Respond to questions, resolve issues, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
Work within defined processes and use internal tools to handle requests accurately and efficiently.

What the company is looking for

Strong spoken and written communication in Arabic and English.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Comfort with rotating 24/7 shifts.
Ability to work on-site from the office.
A helpful attitude, composure under pressure, quick learning ability, and a serious approach to work.
