Recruitment Event Details

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance via phone, chat, and email in both Arabic and English languages.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Adhere to set procedures and utilize available tools to offer prompt and accurate support.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (minimum B2 level for English).
- Able to work in 24/7 rotating shift schedules based onsite at the office.
- Demonstrates helpfulness, composure under stressful conditions, quick adaptability, and a professional attitude towards responsibilities.
