Role Overview
FAMCO, part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, is hiring a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality experience at every touchpoint. The role serves as the initial contact for customers, offering prompt assistance, handling questions, and ensuring service is delivered in a professional and efficient manner.
You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Operations, and Finance to address concerns, manage requests, and build durable customer relationships. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys supporting people, works well in a busy environment, and is committed to excellent service.
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face visits.
- Share correct details about products, services, pricing, and company guidelines.
- Deal with customer issues professionally while maintaining a positive service experience.
- Keep customers informed with timely progress updates during their service process.
Complaint Handling
- Receive, record, and review customer complaints.
- Partner with internal teams to secure quick resolution of customer issues.
- Check back with customers to confirm the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Escalate difficult matters when needed while staying accountable for the customer journey.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong and lasting customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Support retention by consistently delivering a high standard of service.
- Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience overall.
- Encourage a customer-first mindset in all interactions.
Data, Records, and Reporting
- Keep customer information accurate in CRM and ERP platforms.
- Draft customer service reports and identify repeated customer issues.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with company standards.
Coordination and Operational Support
- Work with Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Operations, and Finance to coordinate customer needs.
- Track service progress and make sure commitments are met within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that raise customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will join FAMCO’s Customer Experience team and work alongside Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Operations, and Finance to ensure customers enjoy a smooth and professional journey. The team values service excellence, teamwork, and ongoing improvement in customer relationships.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
- Experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, retail, or service sector is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
