Role Overview

As an EV Service Advisor with BYD and Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility, you will be the primary contact for customers during their electric vehicle servicing journey. The role focuses on providing expert guidance, excellent customer service, and a smooth aftersales experience to build loyalty and ensure positive engagement with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer professional advice on electric vehicle maintenance, repair needs, charging systems, and servicing requirements.
• Prepare service cost estimates and clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Coordinate with EV technicians and workshop personnel to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Provide regular updates to customers during the service process.
• Recommend additional services, accessories, charging solutions, and maintenance packages when appropriate.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery with clear explanations of all completed work.
• Address customer concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing aftersales position within the automotive industry.
• Experience with electric or hybrid vehicle brands is highly advantageous.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of workshop operations and service workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred.

• Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly language.

• Familiarity with MS Office; SAP experience considered an advantage.
• Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
