About the Role
This role is for a Client Success Specialist who will help create excellent client experiences in a fast-moving environment. The position is based in the APAC region and is structured as a contract role within a full-time remote setup. You will work with clients across different industries, contributing directly to their satisfaction and to business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain productive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Make sure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with each client’s goals and needs.
- Share clear updates on monthly and quarterly progress with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Spot opportunities for growth within the territory and work with sales teams to support revenue expansion.
- Handle complex client concerns and escalation requests when needed.
- Support administrative and operational work such as data entry, system updates, and schedule coordination.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, ideally in hospitality, client success, sales, or a similar field.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with understanding client needs and responding in a thoughtful, empathetic way.
- Ability to identify issues early and propose practical solutions proactively.
Hiring Process
- Applications are reviewed manually against the role criteria, with individual attention given to each candidate.
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, sometimes followed by a test or short project.
- Selected applicants then meet the hiring manager and/or interview panel through a live interview, either in person or over Zoom; interviews are not conducted via text messaging or Telegram, and no one is hired without a live conversation.
- Final discussions cover the offer stage if there is mutual interest in moving forward.
