About the Role
This opportunity is for a client-facing specialist who will help ensure exceptional service delivery and strong relationships with customers across the APAC region. The role is with a global demand generation company that supports B2B organizations in improving audience, buyer, and account engagement. The team operates across more than 60 countries and the company has earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list as well as numerous industry awards, including Inc. Best Workplaces.

Hiring Process
- Your application will first be evaluated manually against the role criteria, with no machine-based screening used in this stage.
- Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for review by the hiring manager, and this may be followed by a test or short assignment.
- Selected applicants will then meet the hiring manager and/or interview panel through a live conversation or Zoom meeting; interviews are not conducted through text messages or Telegram.
- If both sides are interested in moving forward, the final step will be an offer discussion after a live conversation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Make sure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with customer goals and expectations.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on progress for monthly and quarterly initiatives.
- Spot opportunities to expand within the assigned territory and work closely with sales teams to support growth targets.
- Handle difficult client situations and escalation cases with care.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational work such as entering data, maintaining internal systems, and coordinating schedules.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience handling client relationships, preferably in hospitality, customer success, or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities with good attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Ability to understand client concerns with empathy and respond effectively.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and overcoming challenges.
