About the Role

INFUSE is looking for a client-focused Customer Success Representative to support customers across the LATAM region. This remote position is suited to someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, coordinating across teams, and helping clients achieve strong outcomes in a fast-moving environment. The work involves supporting a variety of industries, so the role offers variety, collaboration, and room for professional growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Make sure solutions are delivered on time and in line with client expectations and business goals.
  • Share regular updates on monthly and quarterly progress with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Spot opportunities to expand business within the assigned territory and work closely with sales teams to support growth targets.
  • Handle difficult client questions and support escalation management when needed.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational work such as data entry, internal system updates, and schedule coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • A demonstrated history of managing client relationships, ideally in hospitality, client success, or sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal ability.
  • Comfort working through multiple priorities with accuracy in a busy, fast-paced setting.
  • Empathy and an ability to understand client needs and respond effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.

Hiring Process

  • Applications are reviewed by a recruiter against the role requirements with individual attention given to each candidate.
  • Selected candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for review by the hiring manager, sometimes followed by a test or short assignment.
  • Qualified applicants then meet the hiring manager and/or interview panel through a live conversation, either in person or over Zoom.
  • Final offer discussions happen only after a live meeting with the team.
