We are hiring a dependable Customer Service Representative to support customers from a remote setup while being based in Modjeska Canyon, California. The position is a full-time opportunity with an annual pay range of $50,000 to $60,000.

What you will do

Handle customer questions quickly and in a professional manner across phone, email, and chat.
Share clear and accurate information about products and services so customers can make informed choices.
Work through customer concerns efficiently and aim to leave each interaction on a positive note.
Record customer conversations and resolutions in the CRM for easy future reference.
Partner with teammates to improve service standards and resolve more complex issues.
