Customer Relationship Officer - Branch Banking, CASA & Cross Sell

Role Overview

This position is focused on working with branch walk-ins and existing customers to grow relationship value through account acquisition, deposit mobilization, product cross-sell, and day-to-day service support. The role is centered on delivering a strong customer experience while contributing to branch business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support branch customers with their banking needs and service requests.
• Acquire new CASA relationships as well as Term Deposit accounts.
• Promote and sell loan products, insurance solutions, and investment offerings.
• Build and maintain customer portfolios to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Ensure customer records and onboarding processes follow KYC and compliance norms.
• Work toward assigned sales and business targets for the branch.
• Provide a professional, responsive, and high-quality banking experience.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be graduates with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking, CASA acquisition, branch banking, customer service, or financial services. Strong communication, customer handling, sales, and cross-selling abilities are important for success in this role.
