Customer Relations Officer

Job Overview

Seeking a Customer Relations Officer to manage interactions and communications for an HDB BTO housing project. The role involves addressing public and stakeholder concerns, conducting site visits, and preparing various communications and reports to keep all parties informed on project progress.

Key Duties

• Resolve conflicts and respond to feedback from residents and stakeholders related to the project.
• Regularly visit residents and stakeholders impacted by construction activities to collect feedback and maintain communication.
• Develop and distribute circulars, letters, and flyers to update stakeholders on ongoing site work and developments.
• Prepare weekly progress updates, monthly reports, and manage other public relations documentation.
• Support the Project Management Team administratively and maintain contact with government bodies, the public, and property lessees on project-related matters.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education level of 'O' Levels or Nitec Certificate with at least five subjects passed.
• Possession of a Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification.
