Customer Service Officer (Utilities) / Supply Application Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer specializing in utilities and supply applications for a one-year position within a utilities company. The successful candidate will handle various supply-related administrative and customer service tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of supply processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supply applications including CS1, CS5, CS6, and CS7.
• Track and analyze performance statistics related to supply applications.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on supply application performance and remittance.
• Tag tenant meters accurately and efficiently.
• Manage refunds associated with service quotations.
• Review and issue service connection quotations to customers.
• Generate and distribute payment acknowledgement letters.
• Coordinate supply application matters by liaising with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs), customers, and the Supply Planning and Pricing Group (SPPG).
• Respond promptly to enquiries from customers, LEWs, and principals through email and verbal communication.
• Organize and participate in meetings involving customers, LEWs, and principals.
• Support various special projects as assigned by the Head of Section.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational attainment: Diploma level.
• Experience in engaging and communicating with Licensed Electrical Workers.
• Competent in using IT applications and tools.
