Role Overview
The Customer Experience Lead is a values-driven store leader responsible for delivering excellent experiences for both customers and associates while supporting growth in top-line sales. Depending on store volume, this position reports to either the Store Manager or the Customer Experience Manager.
What You’ll Do
Your main focus will be to increase sales through active selling, in-the-moment coaching, and team leadership on the sales floor. You’ll also support operational effectiveness by helping maintain visual presentation standards, managing payroll hours, and keeping merchandise available.
In this front-line supervisory role, you will assign work and guide non-supervisory associates while helping the team stay aligned with store goals and customer needs.
Additional Store Leadership Duties
- Model company values in everyday store operations.
- Act as a coaching leader by supporting customer service, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
- Observe associates and provide feedback to help improve performance.
- Understand the responsibilities of all store roles and make sure the team works together effectively.
- Connect business results with actions and behaviors that improve sales performance.
- Manage labor hours independently to support sales growth and profitability.
- Maintain the brand’s visual appearance and merchandising standards.
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of brand priorities.
- Follow and lead company policies and procedures.
- Handle other assigned tasks such as floorset planning and execution, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
- Perform physically active work, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and standing for long periods.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $17.00 to $20.75 per hour. Final pay will depend on factors such as skills, experience, location, and other relevant considerations.
