Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and organised professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Officer. This fast-paced role is pivotal in aiding our brokers and supporting the smooth progress of loan applications through the assessment process. Key responsibilities involve loan application processing, credit verification, data maintenance, and effective communication with brokers.
Key Duties
- Processing loan applications and ensuring accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
- Completing credit checks and verifying that all necessary documentation is documented correctly.
- Liaising with brokers to gather information, provide updates, and facilitate the advancement of applications.
- Reviewing application data rigorously for completeness and precision.
- Identifying and addressing any missing details or discrepancies within the application data.
- Providing administrative assistance to the Credit team and contributing to ongoing process enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing precise, high-quality output.
- Comfortable handling substantial volumes of data and administrative work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to confidently interact with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the capability to prioritise competing tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team yet capable of independent work.
- Proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to continual skill and process development.
