Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls addressing member inquiries.
- Conduct field verification to confirm members' addresses.
- Record and manage contact information for members.
- Compile comprehensive data from address verification activities.
- Communicate with members via email regarding any pending dues.
- Follow up diligently with members on outstanding payments.
- Assist in dues collection utilizing data provided by the tele-calling team.
- Dispatch due letters physically through postal services.
- Deliver important documents and Bio-Pharma products to members.
- Organize seasonal fruit distribution to members.
- Coordinate replantation activities as required.
- Liaise with the resort team to resolve member grievances and issues.
- Clarify details about membership fees and associated benefits to members.
- Update member records within the internal software under the supervision of the Reporting Manager.
- Manage timely communications to members as needed.
- Provide updates on plot status to members.
- Maintain and update member information in the internal application.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities; fluent spoken skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer support, or collections departments is advantageous.
