Role overview
This role is for an energetic trainer who can run effective learning sessions for both permanent and non-permanent employees. The position calls for strong communication abilities, solid knowledge of credit card sales, and a focus on improving business outcomes through targeted training.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions in English, Hindi, and Marathi, using both online and face-to-face formats.
- Train teams on credit card products, operating processes, and practical sales approaches.
- Prepare, present, and review training material with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conduct virtual training through digital learning tools and platforms.
- Travel within the city to hold training programs at different locations.
- Work closely with business leaders, HR, and sales managers to ensure training supports company objectives.
- Use training methods that help reduce attrition and improve employee engagement.
- Support productivity and efficiency by building skills that improve performance.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Hands-on experience in credit card sales or in training for financial products.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience delivering training in virtual settings.
- Ability to coordinate with and influence multiple stakeholders.
