Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic and driven People & Culture Partner to foster an engaging and high-performing work environment. This role is responsible for spearheading essential people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle—starting from onboarding and engagement to learning, recognition, communication, and employee relations. Collaborating closely with leadership, the role aims to cultivate a culture where employees feel connected, supported, and empowered to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the employee journey from onboarding to exit, constantly refining the onboarding process and gathering feedback to drive improvements.
- Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, including organizing celebrations, cultural events, team-building activities, and wellness programs, while promoting an inclusive and positive workplace atmosphere.
- Oversee internal communications and employee updates, support leadership messaging, and champion culture-strengthening and awareness campaigns.
- Serve as the initial contact for employee inquiries and concerns, conduct regular engagement sessions, facilitate conflict resolution, recommend courses of action, and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
- Administer recognition programs celebrating employee milestones and achievements, monitor participation, and suggest enhancements.
- Determine learning and development needs, coordinate corresponding initiatives, and track progress and participation.
- Implement employee listening mechanisms such as pulse surveys to collect and analyze feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with leaders to act on findings.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources, ideally focused on employee engagement or people experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proven skills in event planning and managing stakeholder relationships.
- A genuine passion for crafting outstanding employee experiences.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, growing startup setting.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with HR information systems and employee engagement platforms is a plus.
