Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into a focused creative strategy, prioritize hypotheses, and manage testing to generate tangible performance improvements from each learning cycle.
• Design and execute structured testing sequences, experimenting with hooks, visuals, and messaging, optimizing until creatives effectively support the marketing funnel.
• Analyze signals from platforms such as Meta and TikTok to inform strategic decisions and deploy creatives that help clients reach their targets.
• Align creatives with funnel stages—awareness, consideration, conversion—defining next steps to enhance overall performance marketing efficiency.
• Combine research with storytelling to turn user motivations into compelling ad concepts, ensuring each variation serves a strategic purpose in testing.
• Coordinate efforts among design, copywriting, and media buying teams, establishing clear briefings and speeding up execution for seamless integration of creative and strategy.
• Monitor emerging formats, trends, and platform updates, applying them thoughtfully to boost creative strategy performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative strategy, paid social, or digital campaigning with a solid grasp of linking clear strategies to performance marketing.
• Ability to analyze target audiences, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into persuasive, conversion-driven messages.
• Keen sense for creative performance, recognizing what visual elements, hooks, and messages resonate, and continuously refining variations for testing.
• Confident use of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta, leveraging their features for scalable results.
• A mindset geared towards scaling, enjoying managing larger accounts, organizing roadmaps, and driving projects to foster growth of successful ideas.
• Strong role awareness and motivation to act as a central figure in project teams, inspiring and aligning members towards shared objectives.
• Proactive knowledge sharing, giving constructive feedback, and facilitating smooth collaboration between creative, copy, and media teams.
