Position Overview
This role is central to Google's brand marketing operations, specifically within the Search Marketing team. As a Creative Producer, you will drive the production of diverse marketing projects—ranging from broadcast commercials and documentary films to social media content and physical installations—helping to coordinate global campaigns that cross offices and time zones. You will synthesize operational rigor and creative flexibility to ensure all outputs meet Google's high standards, are delivered punctually, and stay within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full production life cycle of marketing initiatives by establishing workback schedules and bringing order to intricate creative processes.
- Serve as the main contact for external agencies and production collaborators, overseeing project intake, scope definition via Statements of Work (SOWs), timeline management, and budget administration.
- Collaborate closely with internal Product Marketing Managers and creative leads to convert strategic briefs into detailed, executable production plans.
- Mentor and support junior producers to uphold the quality of all deliverables.
- Combine precise operational management with a capacity to adapt creatively to evolving trends, ensuring excellence amid dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years managing creative projects from inception through execution; 8 years preferred.
- Proven experience leveraging AI productivity tools to address complex challenges and optimize workflows.
- Demonstrated ability in vendor management including negotiating scopes of work and budgeting.
- Proficient in working cross-functionally with teams such as creative, product, and brand marketing.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers an annual salary range from $141,000 to $206,000 USD, complemented by a 15% bonus target, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
