Core responsibilities

  • Set the direction for creative marketing initiatives that support user acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Develop, refine, and supervise ad concepts and creative materials across several products and campaigns.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of creative professionals such as designers and creative marketing specialists.
  • Oversee creative production processes so work is delivered on time, meets quality expectations, and runs efficiently.
  • Work closely with user acquisition teams to make sure creative efforts support performance marketing priorities.
  • Create and improve structured testing approaches for creative experiments, using performance data to increase campaign results.
  • Track creative performance, share practical recommendations, and drive ongoing optimization.
  • Encourage a collaborative, high-performance team culture through coaching, feedback, and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Background in leading a creative marketing team, with responsibility for managing and developing several direct reports.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and how creative assets contribute to customer acquisition.
  • Proven ability to develop and launch marketing campaigns that deliver strong results.
  • Hands-on experience with structured creative testing and performance improvement methods.
  • Strong leadership, project coordination, and prioritization skills.
  • Strategic approach with the ability to connect creative work to business goals and key metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Well-developed organizational ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Professional English skills at B2 level or above.
  • Experience in live-streaming, social networking, or digital entertainment is a plus.
