This freelance position is offered through a partner company based in Germany seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates by employing innovative strategies and advanced research techniques. You will be instrumental in building pipelines of qualified professionals across various industries while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, various job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and professional communities to source both active and passive candidates.
• Construct and sustain pipelines of talent to fulfill ongoing and future hiring demands.
• Conduct thorough market mapping and talent research to discover suitable profiles and understand hiring trends.
• Assess candidates' availability, motivation, and interest prior to submission and secure valid Right to Represent (RTR) authorization.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date sourcing records and candidate documentation.
• Submit competent candidates through the designated partner portal.
• Screen candidates for technical suitability, availability, and alignment with job specifications.
• Manage communication flow with candidates and assist in scheduling interviews when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates across one or more industries with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and adept with advanced sourcing tools.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent talent sourcing platforms.
• Strong capability to identify top-tier candidates and evaluate their fit for roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, Internet Research Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Technical Sourcer is highly advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail for maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and effective candidate engagement strategies.
