Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Creative Director to craft compelling creative concepts that stimulate growth within our Business Marketing sector. This role requires partnering with marketers, producers, and researchers to develop creative outputs that maintain a cohesive visual style and identity across all engagement channels. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in aligning creative vision with business aims and measurable performance outcomes and has a proven history of developing performance-driven creative ideas.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative agencies and actively contribute to producing original, innovative ideas across diverse marketing platforms.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including Marketing, Communication Planning, Organic Social, Influencer, and Media to synchronize business initiatives.
- Lead the development of creative campaigns ensuring they align with business goals and brand strategies.
- Utilize past campaign data and trend analysis to guide creative decisions.
- Incorporate AI and Generative AI technologies for creative brainstorming and content production.
- Provide constructive feedback to external agencies and internal teams to guarantee superior creative results and set creative benchmarks within testing frameworks to enhance creativity.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, innovative technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing to integrate relevant insights into projects.
- Motivate and foster a high-achieving creative team and nurture an innovative work culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 12 years of substantial experience in creative direction, advertising, marketing, or editorial leadership roles.
- Proven experience using AI and generative AI tools for ideation and production, supported by a portfolio showcasing concept-driven campaigns with tangible results.
- Competence in utilizing data and insights for strategic creativity.
- Experience delivering creative presentations and campaign strategies to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in strategic problem-solving and advertising campaign planning.
- Experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects, adapting to shifting priorities and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Figma, Generative AI tools, Adobe Creative Suite including Firefly.
- Background in creating direct response advertising content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Art Direction, Digital or Visual Design, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active development of AI-related skills such as prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration, maintaining awareness of emerging AI technologies.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, and Media Encoder software.
- Experience implementing ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality control.
- Capability in integrating AI into workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Experience building and refining design systems and brand languages across multiple product lines and global markets.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $177,000 to $248,000 annually, exclusive of bonuses, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Comprehensive benefits are also provided.
