Key accountabilities include:

- Continuously monitoring the competitive landscape, industry trends, analyst perspectives, and buyer insights to inform messaging, roadmap decisions, and market positioning.
- Providing narrative leadership for CEO communications, major events, analyst interactions, and maintaining consistent messaging across categories and sales levels.
- Leading and mentoring two senior product marketing managers, setting clear expectations, fostering a productive operating model, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Maintaining and updating portfolio messaging as market or product perspectives evolve.
- Developing master messaging frameworks focused on customers' situations, problems, solutions, and differentiation, using accessible language.
- Leveraging AI tools routinely to streamline research, message iteration, persona development, and competitor analysis.
- Managing GTM plans, ensuring alignment of product milestones with sales campaigns and field readiness for optimal commercial impact.
- Handling tiered launch governance including quality standards, criteria, coordination, and negotiation with product management teams.
- Monitoring and updating competitive intelligence materials and quickly translating analyst developments into actionable insights.
- Setting performance goals, conducting regular coaching sessions, and developing measurable plans to enhance team effectiveness.
- Identifying and removing operational blockers to enable focus on impactful marketing activities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Over eight years experience in B2B SaaS environments with proven ownership of positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
- At least two years of experience managing teams, including performance management and development coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement portfolio-level messaging, not limited to individual products.
- Experience managing tiered launch programs with clear commercial accountability.
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills to align sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams around GTM plans.
- Expertise utilizing AI to enhance productivity and team capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cybersecurity industry, CISO buyers, and associated professional identities.
- Experience shaping positioning for emerging categories rather than only established products.
Benefits and Perks
- Flexible working hours supporting work-life balance, 33 vacation days, and parental leave.
- Wellbeing and financial wellbeing supports including access to counseling services, corporate discounts, and fitness benefits.
- Engagement through virtual events, team collaboration activities, and local meet-up opportunities.
- Additional perks such as technology equipment, referral bonuses, personal development budgets, and a dog-friendly office environment.
