Position Overview
As Country Manager US for Simatec Inc., you will report to the CEO in Europe and be accountable for the company’s commercial and operational leadership within the US market. This role includes managing sales, service, and warehousing teams, directing strategy and structure, overseeing budgets and financial objectives, and monitoring operational KPIs. A commercially driven leader focused on nationwide expansion is sought.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily business operations ensuring smooth workflows.
- Dedicate at least half of your time to direct sales efforts and cultivating key customer relationships.
- Design and execute growth strategies aimed at substantially increasing revenue.
- Set and monitor operational KPIs for all departments and team members.
- Lead and develop a team of 12-15 employees.
- Initiate tactical programs to meet organizational objectives.
- Deliver monthly operational and financial performance reports to the Swiss headquarters.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters on strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum seven years in a related field with a strong record in B2B industrial product sales and distribution channel development.
- Experience working in midsize European companies and familiarity with lubrication technologies and maintenance applications is advantageous.
- Proven success in driving profitable growth, operational efficiency, and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Effective leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to ethical business practices.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required; an MBA is considered an asset.
