Job Overview

We are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily functions of our café located in Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards in food quality and customer service, and drive the business towards greater revenue through effective management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café activities to ensure seamless functioning.
• Lead and develop the café staff by providing training and motivation to uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Maintain stringent quality control for food, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the café.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
• Manage daily sales activities including billing, cash handling, and POS system operations.
• Supervise inventory management, coordinate stock orders, reduce wastage, and liaise with vendors efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Boost sales through customer engagement initiatives, upselling strategies, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and maintain service quality for online food delivery orders placed via platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.
• Prepare and analyze daily reports covering sales, inventory, and overall operations.
