Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
  • Detect and capitalize on opportunities to expand your client list and attract new business partnerships.
  • Deliver expert, tailored insurance advice and responsive service that meets clients’ specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriters and internal teams to achieve optimal insurance solutions.
  • Oversee insurance policy renewals, manage premium calculations effectively, and conduct negotiations.
  • Actively leverage your professional network to generate new business leads.

Success Factors

  • A proactive individual who excels at relationship-building and identifying business opportunities, adapting communication style appropriately for different audiences.
  • Experience in insurance brokerage with possession of a current Level 5 General Insurance qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability in both client retention and generating new business growth.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding results and client satisfaction.
