About the Role

Join Aon's Health & Benefits team based at the Regional Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where you will be instrumental in delivering expert client servicing and innovative employee health and risk management solutions. This position involves managing a dedicated portfolio of Health & Benefits clients, guiding a team of Account Handlers, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence throughout all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and administer a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients, ensuring top-quality service delivery.
  • Lead and supervise Account Handlers to guarantee timely and accurate completion of their tasks.
  • Validate all client-related documentation, including policies and invoices, to ensure accuracy and adherence to agreed terms with underwriters.
  • Authorize key compliance documents such as "Know Your Client" forms, policy checklists, and new business acquisition paperwork, maintaining strict alignment with Aon’s underwriting and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular client visits to reinforce retention efforts and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Manage prompt and precise issuance of debit/credit notes and invoices to clients.
  • Monitor claims progression and assist the Claims Supervisor in achieving swift resolutions, especially for complex claims.
  • Participate in claims negotiations to secure advantageous results for clients.
  • Clarify policy limitations, warranties, and special terms to clients clearly and provide supporting documentation.
  • Ensure that all renewal, marketing, and new business files are prepared in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain orderly and accurate filing systems compliant with company standards.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Claims Supervisors to provide seamless client services and operational improvements.
  • Stay current with Health & Benefits insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and market trends specific to Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance account handling, including a minimum of 3 years within Health & Benefits or employee benefits sectors.
  • Possession of IFCE certification is mandatory.
  • Local travel for client meetings is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic with professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in insurance administrative systems, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • CII certification is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of health insurance products, claims processing, policy management, and regulatory compliance (including SAMA and CCHI).
  • Excellent client service, relationship management, communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, capable of managing team performance effectively.
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
