Role Overview

We are currently searching for dedicated restaurant cooks to help maintain Chargrill Charlie’s strong reputation by ensuring consistent product quality. In this role, you will assist the Kitchen Manager, enforce store hygiene and health & safety standards, and contribute to effective inventory management. Your efforts will directly impact profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Prepare menu items with precision to guarantee high-quality and consistent meals.
• Support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations, including overseeing kitchen cleanliness and adherence to policies.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations within the store.
• Assist in controlling and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Contribute to creating a positive, team-oriented work environment through effective communication with colleagues and customers.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates are driven, accountable, and able to remain composed under pressure. Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments and hospitality knowledge is highly valued. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to thrive in this role.
