Role Overview
As a cook at Chargrill Charlie's North Kellyville location, you will play a key role in maintaining their high standards for food quality and consistency. You will assist the Kitchen Manager and lead by example regarding store upkeep, compliance with policies, and occupational health and safety regulations. Additionally, managing stock levels efficiently and contributing to maximizing restaurant profitability will be part of your responsibilities. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and the restaurant’s stellar reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent quality and taste of food products.
- Support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations.
- Lead by example in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Adhere to and enforce all workplace policies and OH&S standards.
- Monitor and control inventory and stock levels effectively.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment preferred.
