Role Overview

We are currently seeking Store Managers to lead the restaurant team at our Pagewood location. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for guiding all staff members to provide excellent customer service and uphold our high product quality standards. Your role includes recruiting and training team members to meet the operational needs while maintaining our brand's stellar standing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all employees in the restaurant to ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver on business needs effectively.
• Oversee restaurant operations including sales targets, food costs, labor management, and other controllable expenses.
• Create and foster a culture of excellence across the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous leadership experience within a team setting, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective communication skills with ability to delegate and manage tasks.
• Empathy and professionalism in handling guest complaints and diverse needs.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
