Responsibilities and Expectations

• Maintain and manage your assigned kitchen sections efficiently during service.
• Deliver consistently excellent food quality with modern and innovative culinary approaches.
• Ensure impeccable food presentation reflecting pride and attention to detail.
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene standards and practices throughout operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers where relevant.
• Work flexibly across a seven-day schedule, averaging approximately 38 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of cooking experience in a professional commercial kitchen environment.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent trade experience in cooking.
• Capability to work five days within a seven-day operational week.
• Strong customer service skills coupled with a positive and adaptable attitude.
• Maintain immaculate grooming and professional presentation standards.
• Availability to participate in a rotating roster between Monday and Sunday.
