- Manage master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, NDAs, framework agreements, licensing contracts, supplier contracts, and other commercial documents.
- Monitor contract statuses, approvals, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure contracts are complete and comply with internal governance standards.
- Provide guidance to contract owners and business teams on contract processes and approval requirements.
- Maintain and enforce contract governance procedures, workflows, templates, and controls.
- Align contract processes with procurement policies, delegation of authority, and internal controls.
- Drive consistent contract management practices across departments and suppliers.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies to enhance contract visibility and speed.
- Produce contract status reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders on contract reviews and execution.
- Track issues such as redlines, commercial concerns, clarifications, approvals, and signature workflows to resolution.
- Manage and escalate significant contractual risks, unresolved issues, or delays.
- Maintain an organized contract repository ensuring correct classification, storage, and accessibility.
- Control contract records, versioning, retention policies, and audit readiness evidence.
- Manage renewal calendars including notice periods and planning of renewals.
- Track contractual obligations including deliverables, service levels, warranties, and commercial terms.
- Implement and improve contract lifecycle management tools and processes, develop KPIs and SOPs, and seek automation opportunities.
- Promote strong contract management standards organization-wide.
