This role supports adults and optionally minors, couples, and families, through evidence-based interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes.

- Maintain an up-to-date availability calendar and complete session documentation promptly within our scheduling system.
- Apply evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to individual client needs.
- Coordinate with clinical care navigation and provider support teams for seamless patient care.
- Provide culturally sensitive and empathetic treatment aligned with principles of diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold an unrestricted counseling license (e.g., Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist) valid in New Zealand without supervision requirements.
- Maintain active professional liability insurance at standard market levels within your licensed jurisdiction.
- Demonstrate experience working independently for at least three years, including treatment of minors aged 6 and above.
- Proficient in telehealth technologies and comfortable offering some in-person sessions in Auckland.
- Trained in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
