Role Overview
This full-time position based in Mumbai involves comprehensive management of daily HR functions. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires, employee documentation, attendance and leave tracking, and maintaining HR records. They will facilitate employee relations by addressing queries, organizing engagement activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with Bluer’s core values.
Additional duties include supporting recruitment efforts through coordinating interviews, assisting in performance management processes, and collaborating with management to satisfy workforce requirements. The role entails ensuring that HR policies are implemented and maintained in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Solid grounding in Human Resources principles and management, capable of managing full employee lifecycle processes.
- Practical experience in HR operations covering onboarding, record keeping, use of HR information systems, and administrative tasks.
- Competency in employee relations to effectively handle concerns, support engagement, and promote inclusivity.
- Understanding of HR policies and labor law basics, with experience in policy application and compliance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; HR certifications considered beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities suitable for collaborative team environments.
- Strong attention to detail with high integrity towards confidential information, alongside proficient organizational and time management capabilities.
- Experience within the fashion or retail sector is advantageous, especially within fast-paced, growth-driven organizations.
