Role overview
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, keeping up with social media trends, and turning ideas into engaging campaigns. The role combines creativity with a performance mindset: you will be expected to work with data, track outcomes, and look for ways to improve results. It is a chance to implement your ideas directly and see their impact.
What you will do
- Manage social media channels for the Czech and Slovak markets, including planning, creating, and publishing posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Record and edit short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and similar content.
- Take ownership of the newsletter process, from planning and execution to evaluation.
- Create visual materials for social media, the website, and newsletters.
- Monitor current social media trends and bring forward fresh content ideas.
- Assess campaign performance and take responsibility for the outcomes.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong sense for content and understanding of what performs well on social media.
- Comfort with filming video content and using a mobile phone for creation.
- Ability to produce simple graphics using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or comparable software.
- Creativity, independence, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- A positive interest in computer technology.

Additional information
This is a full-time position.
Salary range: CZK 37,000 to 45,000 per month.
