Role Overview

This opportunity is offered through a partner company seeking a Content Marketing & Publishing Specialist based in the United States. The position focuses on supporting digital content initiatives by producing, refining, and distributing high-quality online materials. It blends editorial skills with digital marketing and relationship management to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and publish articles on various digital platforms ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Create detailed content instructions and briefs to guide writers effectively.
  • Edit articles to boost clarity, style, structure, and user engagement.
  • Reach out to online publishers, blogs, and digital sites to secure content placements.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with publishing partners through professional communication.
  • Identify and explore new distribution channels to broaden content reach.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance content workflows and efficiency.
  • Manage assigned projects independently ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Excellent English writing and editing capabilities with strong attention to grammar, tone, and readability.
  • Experience or keen interest in content marketing, digital publishing, communications, business, or similar areas.
  • Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field, though this is not mandatory.
  • Proficient with digital tools and productivity software including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines independently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to identify and recommend workflow enhancements.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for fruitful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously without close supervision.
