• Lead and participate in candidate review meetings within the team, presenting exceptional talent.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive candidate records within the database.
• Collaborate closely with your manager to expand your business vertical, securing exclusive client partnerships and maintaining existing accounts.
• Oversee client relationships, uphold service level agreements, and drive strategic account management efforts.

• Actively seek growth opportunities by understanding client culture and recruitment needs, delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify emerging specializations and lead industry-specific initiatives such as events, webinars, or round tables.

• Engage proactively in team meetings, sharing innovative business development approaches.
• Support and mentor team members, deputizing for management when necessary.
• Recruit potential consultants to build and grow the team.
