Primary Responsibilities

• Generate innovative concepts weekly for short vertical videos aligned with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and emerging channels.
• Film and edit engaging behind-the-scenes content capturing studio moments, developer narratives, gameplay highlights, and company values.
• Propose recurring series and timely social media ideas that resonate with global gaming communities.
• Manage the entire content production cycle independently — from brainstorming and scripting to filming, editing, sound design, and final delivery.
• Rapidly capture spontaneous moments in-studio and produce content promptly under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with social media, marketing teams, and agencies to coordinate publishing schedules, community events, campaigns, and live event coverage.
• Work closely with developers, artists, writers, and studio leadership to highlight people and processes behind game development.
• Stay informed on digital platform trends, content formats, editing techniques, and audience behavior within gaming and entertainment sectors.
• Occasionally feature on camera or direct talent to enrich storytelling.
• Ensure consistent content output by supporting publishing workflows and maintaining content calendars.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience creating social-first or short-form video content, preferably in gaming or entertainment, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and deep insight into gaming community culture.
• Expertise in shooting and editing high-quality vertical videos efficiently using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent storytelling ability to simplify complex or developing game content into engaging social narratives.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with outstanding communication skills.
• Passion for video games, science fiction, and interactive entertainment paired with a collaborative mindset.
• Preferred: direct experience collaborating with game developers or entertainment brands to build authentic connections with audiences.
• Familiarity with livestream production workflows to support dynamic event coverage.
