The organisation prizes cross-cultural collaboration and inclusive leadership in a dynamic, supportive environment that celebrates expertise in technology manufacturing and electronic components. The position offers flexible working options and generous travel provisions to support a balance of professional challenges and personal rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and steer the regional market strategy and financial results for all subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and India, ensuring steady revenue growth and business expansion.
- Guide a culturally diverse team to foster collaboration and localization efforts, while enhancing relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
- Develop and implement mid- to long-term plans aligned with corporate goals to boost revenue and expand business footprint.
- Monitor profit and loss across subsidiaries, taking prompt corrective measures when necessary.
- Spot high-growth prospects in emerging markets like Vietnam and Thailand through trend analysis and strategic market penetration.
- Strengthen and negotiate strategic partnerships with accounts, distributors, agents, and channel partners.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop sales and support teams across multiple countries to cultivate a high-performing regional unit.

- Act as liaison between regional offices and headquarters by delivering reports on market developments, competitive intelligence, and business performance.
- Collaborate closely with central R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to align and execute strategies effectively.
- Represent the region in business reviews held at the Taiwanese headquarters, preparing detailed performance reports.
- Engage in extensive travel within Southeast Asia and India to maintain strong connections with local teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of proven business development experience within technology manufacturing or electronic components, especially semiconductors or optoelectronics.
- Minimum 5 years leading regional operations or sales teams across three or more countries in Southeast Asia or India.
- Track record of successfully growing business in the region, with existing distributor or key customer relationships considered a distinct advantage.
- Highly developed strategic thinking and negotiation abilities facilitating favorable business outcomes.
- Strong financial stewardship skills, including direct management of P&L for multiple subsidiaries.
- Proficient risk management to identify and mitigate challenges in dynamic markets.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership skills enabling effective collaboration among diverse teams.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English is crucial due to regular communications with the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

- Ability to perform well under pressure within a multinational, adaptable environment focused on collective goals.

Access to state-of-the-art technologies, ongoing learning opportunities, and frequent chances for international exposure create a fertile environment for professional growth and achievement.
