Role Overview

This position is integral to the PINK brand’s concept development, specifically focusing on seasonal color direction. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing trends, forecasting, and translating insights into vibrant color mood boards and palettes in both physical and digital forms. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp editorial eye for color, fashion, and consumer behaviors, with a strong ability to transform runway and trend inspirations into commercially viable product concepts. A passion for the PINK brand and deep customer understanding across various perspectives is essential.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required, along with the capability to produce compelling and clear visual materials for presentations and projects. This role demands a proactive self-starter comfortable working in short, focused sprints to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current and emerging trends in color and fashion within intimates, apparel, and accessories sectors.
• Monitor seasonal color directions by utilizing trend forecasting reports, fashion shows, and competitor analysis.
• Design detailed color mood boards, trend, and runway reports using Adobe tools.
• Perform precise color matching in alignment with company standards and manage various color tools systematically.
• Create both physical and digital color palettes employing InDesign and Illustrator.
• Coordinate with the Concept Team to ensure trend research supports overarching brand strategies.
• Collaborate with the conceptual print and graphics teams to integrate color seamlessly into seasonal presentations.
• Oversee the development and distribution of all visual presentation assets.
• Partner with merchant teams to understand and incorporate seasonal priorities into color and trend initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Meticulous attention to detail with experience managing extensive digital and physical color assets.
• Solid foundation in color theory and its application within fashion contexts.
• Skilled in presentation design and adept at using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• A motivated, positive approach with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is between $105,300 and $149,415 annually. Actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic region.
