Job description
Overview
Mindrift connects experts to project-based AI initiatives for top technology firms, engaging them in the evaluation and enhancement of AI compliance systems. These engagements are part-time and project-specific, not permanent roles. Applicants must submit a CV in English and specify their English proficiency level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and assess scenarios applying rules by comparing compliance documents (advertisements, disclosures, policies) against precise regulatory provisions and referencing exact subsections.
- Prepare sanctions alert disposition reports, including structured documentation of false positives and escalation protocols.
- Create compliance sampling scenarios, covering sample selection, design, documentation of outcomes, and drafting exam-ready conclusion briefs.
- Identify policy gaps where internal policies are missing regulatory requirements, contradict regulations, or have not been updated following regulatory changes.
- Document all cases thoroughly with accurate regulatory citations, avoiding any approximations or fabrications.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years’ experience in compliance, auditing, legal, risk management, or financial services fields.
- Recent or current involvement in compliance and regulatory roles, financial crime units, or related areas.
- Strong discipline in precise citation of regulatory subsections, including the ability to flag uncertain cases rather than approximate.
- Credentials such as CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent local certifications are highly desirable; previous regulatory examiner or inspector experience is a significant advantage.
- Advanced written English skills (level C1 or above).
