Community Outreach & Business Development Associate

Role Overview

As a Community Outreach & Business Development Associate based in Nairobi, you will serve as the frontline observer within online trading networks. Your core mission is to detect trading communities, influential figures, and potential business associates to build a reliable sales pipeline for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and actively monitor trading groups across major platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube throughout Africa, the Gulf region, and other areas.
• Identify active and influential traders, signal providers, trading educators, and prospective Introducing Brokers to engage with.
• Develop and maintain a detailed, organized database cataloging trading communities, contacts, and relevant group insights.
• Initiate first contact in a friendly manner using company-approved scripts to introduce the company.
• Produce reports on community dynamics such as key influencers, group size, engagement metrics, and upcoming opportunities.
• Provide administrative support by helping with scheduling and maintaining records.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic social media user with a strong grasp of how online trading communities function.
• Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn about trading and financial markets.
• Highly organized, dependable, and proficient in professional written English.
• Open to coaching, ambitious, and driven to establish a lasting career in sales.
• Experience in sales, particularly within Contracts for Difference (CFD) trading or brokerage, is a plus.
