- At least 3 years of direct cybersecurity experience, with exposure to AppSec, DevSecOps, security tools, and enterprise risk contexts.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, agentic systems, and the security issues they introduce.
- Demonstrated success building relationships with technology and security media in both the U.S. and international markets.
- Experience overseeing outside PR agencies, including performance management and budget responsibility.
- Excellent writing, narrative-building, and speaking skills, with experience handling both planned and rapid-response communications.
- Strong project coordination ability and comfort working in distributed, fast-paced environments.
- Confident executive presence, strong judgment, and the ability to translate technical detail into clear business messaging.
