Role Summary
This position requires a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Specialist to critically assess various property-related scenarios, interpret market and valuation principles, and contribute realistic examples concerning feasibility analyses, lease agreements, property management, and investment reviews. Prior experience with AI technologies is not mandatory.
Contract Details
The role is offered on a freelance contract basis with compensation provided per task completed. Working hours are flexible depending on task availability and project demands. The position supports full remote work, preferably for candidates based in the US, Canada, or the UK, though strong applicants from Europe or Latin America are welcome.
Compensation
The hourly remuneration ranges between $40 and $65.
Key Duties
- Evaluate commercial real estate scenarios to ensure they reflect accurate and practical elements.
- Offer expert analysis on feasibility studies, valuations, and market trends.
- Review commercial lease contracts and address frequently encountered issues.
- Create authentic scenarios involving property management and transactional processes.
- Articulate commercial real estate concepts clearly in written communications.
- Assess market developments, operating assumptions, and investment-related factors.
- Recognize important legal and regulatory distinctions across principal markets.
- Provide structured feedback to enhance AI-generated real estate content.
- Coordinate remotely with project leaders and subject-matter experts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, valuation, or appraisal roles.
- In-depth understanding of commercial lease agreements, feasibility assessments, and property operations.
- Proven background in market analysis or commercial property valuation.
- Capability to explain complex real estate topics clearly in writing.
- Availability for at least 10 hours weekly to contribute to project tasks.
