Position Overview

We seek a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Specialist to critically assess property-related scenarios, clarify market and valuation principles, and contribute realistic examples involving feasibility assessments, commercial leasing, property administration, and investment evaluation. Prior AI experience is not mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

• Engagement as a freelance contractor, compensated per completed task.
• Flexible time commitment based on task availability and project demands.
• Fully remote working arrangement, with preference for candidates located in the US, Canada, or UK; strong candidates from Europe or Latin America are also welcome.
• Selection process includes application screening, an AI-directed evaluation, and onboarding.
• Compensation ranges from $40 to $65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assess commercial real estate scenarios to ensure precision and realistic applicability.
• Offer expert insights on feasibility evaluations, market assessments, and property valuations.
• Analyze commercial lease contracts and common issues arising therein.
• Create practical scenarios concerning property management and transactions.
• Articulate commercial real estate topics with clarity in written communication.
• Review market trends, operational premises, and investment factors.
• Recognize relevant legal and regulatory variances across principal markets.
• Provide organized feedback to enhance AI-generated materials.
• Work collaboratively in a remote environment with project managers and other experts.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of professional experience in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, appraisal, or valuation.
• In-depth understanding of commercial leases, feasibility studies, and property operations.
• Proven expertise in market analysis or commercial property valuation.
• Strong capability to convey complex real estate ideas in clear, written form.
• Commitment to dedicating at least 10 hours weekly to the project.
