About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Coffee Specialist to join our team at the Nespresso Boutique located in Jimi Mall, Al Ain, UAE. This role requires acting as an enthusiastic representative of the Nespresso brand, enhancing each customer's experience to foster satisfaction, loyalty, and drive the boutique's business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dynamic brand ambassador for Nespresso, welcoming customers and identifying their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized and professional communication.
• Introduce customers to the art of coffee tasting and encourage exploration of the full product range.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach during all client interactions.
• Support sales efforts for Nespresso products including coffee, machines, and accessories, ensuring alignment with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles.
• Utilize Nespresso training and resources to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Show eagerness to continuously learn about the brand, products, values, and sustainability initiatives.
• Inspire customers with authentic engagement, tailoring communication based on client situations.
• Assist in boutique projects and maintain familiarity with stock management, return policies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and maintain safe working conditions.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas to improve boutique operations.
• Support daily operational demands including managing workload fluctuations and shift schedules.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, direct customer sales, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Must be a UAE National and possess a family book.
