Job description
Role overview
Bot Point is looking for a co-founder who will also serve as Chief Revenue Officer. This is not a standard employment role: it is a founder-level position with a 20% equity stake, decision-making authority across the business, and end-to-end ownership of the revenue engine for an AI CRM aimed at fast-growing SMEs in the region. The role also requires full-time commitment and a capital contribution, meaning you are investing into the company you will help lead.
About the company
Botpoint is a Dubai-licensed software company operating as a DED mainland LLC. Its product, ebrought, is an AI-first CRM built for small and medium businesses. Instead of only tracking a pipeline, the platform uses specialized AI agents to research and score leads, create and send outreach, follow up, and complete work that would otherwise sit on to-do lists.
The company believes many businesses do not have an AI issue; they have an execution issue. SMEs feel this most because they cannot hire a full team for every function, while generic CRMs still leave the actual work to people. Botpoint positions AI agents as the ones doing the work.
The product is already live. The opportunity is backed by a market that is expanding quickly: AI in CRM is growing at roughly 36% per year toward more than $50B by 2030, and the UAE has more than 557,000 SMEs with a path toward one million by 2030. The company is seeking the person who can convert that opportunity into revenue.
What you will own
- Full revenue ownership from the first UAE SME customers through to a repeatable sales motion across the GCC, including pipeline building, pricing discussions, closing, and retention.
- Go-to-market direction across direct sales, partnerships with free zones, business setup firms, and accountants, as well as the self-serve acquisition funnel.
- The commercial milestones that support company valuation, including the first $10–20K in monthly recurring revenue to unlock the seed round and roughly $3M in annual recurring revenue over three years.
Candidate profile
The ideal person has spent 5+ years selling B2B software or SaaS, with at least part of that experience in the GCC. You should understand how UAE SMEs make purchasing decisions and be comfortable working across Arabic-speaking markets; Arabic is helpful but not mandatory.
You should have already built revenue from the ground up before, rather than only managing an existing customer base. The company also needs someone who can sell a technical product without depending on a sales engineer for every conversation.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who wants ownership and accountability rather than a fixed salary and a title, and who is ready to work full-time in Dubai.
Deal structure
The offer includes 20% equity in Botpoint Software Design L.L.C., vesting over four years with a one-year cliff. A capital contribution is required as part of the founder buy-in, structured as new money into the company rather than a payment to any individual. The contribution is described as being in the low-to-mid six figures in USD, with exact terms to be discussed directly.
Salary is modest and expected to become meaningful only once revenue supports it. Until then, the expectation is that all founders share the early-stage risk and rewards.
The role includes a co-founder title, board-level participation, and full visibility into the company’s financials from the start.
Why this moment matters
The company has a clean single-owner cap table, an active license, and a product that works. The AI CRM market opportunity is open now, and the next 18 months will determine whether this becomes a lifestyle business or a Series A-scale company.
Application note
Interested candidates are asked to reach out directly with a short note describing the hardest thing they have ever sold.
