Job Overview
We are seeking candidates with over six years of experience in broking to join a leading broking firm as Cluster Leader at the Mumbai location. The role involves boosting business within an assigned territory by leveraging bank channels and selling diverse investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new client acquisition in the designated area.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Mobilize and activate bank channels effectively within the territory.
- Manage and nurture relationships with all bank team members.
- Coordinate activities aligned with bank initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
- Stay updated on market developments, financial trends, and current affairs relevant to the industry.
- Provide continuous training to bank sales teams on products and processes to maximize results.
Qualifications and Eligibility
