Role Summary

The Club Manager will be responsible for running the spa and wellness department end to end, with a strong focus on service excellence, client satisfaction, operational control, and business growth. This position calls for strategic thinking, people leadership, and the ability to uphold high standards of quality and professionalism while helping expand the division’s performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute plans that improve spa and wellness services in line with company objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations so that service remains efficient, seamless, and centered on the client.
  • Track budgets, revenue goals, and profitability for the department.
  • Hire, develop, and retain strong team members to build a productive and united workforce.
  • Guide the team through coaching, supervision, and performance reviews to keep everyone aligned with business priorities.
  • Encourage a supportive workplace that drives motivation and professional development.
  • Set up and maintain service standards and procedures to deliver a consistent premium experience.
  • Keep up with new industry trends and innovations to introduce relevant services and ideas.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client feedback and service concerns.
  • Work with the CEO to define both short-term and long-term goals for the spa and wellness division.
  • Support marketing efforts and promotional activities aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
  • Review performance data regularly and share insights, progress, and recommendations with the CEO.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in spa and wellness management, including 4 to 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong background in hiring, team development, and performance management.
  • Solid financial understanding, including budget handling and revenue delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, people skills, and organizational ability.
  • Strong commitment to wellness and a service style that prioritizes the client.
